For personal data relating to residents and families entered into the Platform, the relevant care provider remains the data controller, and Relish Wellbeing acts as their data processor, in accordance with our data processing agreement.

Residents: name, date of birth, profile photo, life story details (such as occupation, interests and family background), room number, and records of activity participation and wellbeing.
Families: name, contact information (email, phone), relationship to the resident, and messages or photos shared through the Platform.
Care staff and administrators: name, role, work email, and login credentials.
Customer support and feedback: information you provide when contacting us for help or reporting an issue.
We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.

All data entered into the Relish Wellbeing Platform is hosted and backed up within the United Kingdom using Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centres located in the UK.
We do not transfer or store data outside the United Kingdom. All data processing and backups are carried out exclusively within UK borders.
Relish Wellbeing App Ltd maintains strict technical and organisational measures to ensure that all personal data remains protected and compliant with UK data protection law at all times.
5. How Your Information Is Secured
We have administrative, technical, and physical safeguards in place to protect your information, including:
